ProNextion Privacy Policy

ProNextion ("we", "us") operates a platform that connects independent subcontractors with construction and home-improvement jobs. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. By using the ProNextion app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account & contact details — name, email address, phone number, and the trades and service area you choose.
• Identity verification — to confirm you are who you say you are, we ask you to verify your identity. Photographs of your government-issued ID and a selfie are captured and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. through Stripe Identity. We receive only the result (verified / not verified) and a match score — we do not store your ID images or selfie ourselves.
• Location — an approximate base location and radius you set to describe the area you are willing to work in. We do not track your live location.
• Work activity — jobs you request, are assigned, and complete, including photos you upload for a job, and signed onboarding documents (Independent Contractor Agreement and W-9).

How we use it

• Verify your identity and eligibility to accept jobs.
• Match you to jobs in your trades and service area and reveal job details once a request is approved.
• Communicate with you about jobs by SMS, email, and in-app notifications.
• Process onboarding paperwork and payments.
• Maintain security and prevent fraud.

Service providers we share with

We share only what is necessary with vendors that help us run the service:

• Stripe — identity verification and payments.
• Twilio — SMS notifications.
• BoldSign — electronic signing of contractor agreements.
• Cloud hosting — to operate the application and database.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing pronextion@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured infrastructure. Sensitive identity media is handled by Stripe under their own security and compliance program.

Children

ProNextion is for working adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
